Task 2: Design Proposition (30%)
Group Submission
*I guessed the Group Submission↑above based on Yong Xiao Tong's e-portfolio content. I didn't ask whether the content she submitted was what I delivered.
Task 3: Concept Presentation (40%)
Group Process
*The ↑ above is a speech draft prepared by our group, although it was not very useful in the end.
My Part
*After finishing it, the team members told me that what I needed to do was the web version, not the mobile app version.
*So the following ↓ is the web version based on the mobile app version I made.

Week 1:On the first day of the first week, we had to form groups. I was originally in the same group as Wang Zilong, but was pulled into a group with another boy and a girl by Zhang Hanyuan. The next day, he and another boy dropped out of the module and left me behind. So I was put in the 15th group. As for which group I was originally in, I have forgotten it when I write this.
Week 2:Our group decided on 4 ideas and after discussion and consultation with Mr. Razif, we finally decided to work on the online survey platform project.
Week 4:Mr. Razif checked the progress of our group's project and said we could continue.
Week 5:Through discussions with Mr. Razif, from the user role journey to user portraits and journey maps, to the documentation in the user role, to card classification, to processes, to card sorting priorities, etc., it went smoothly.
Week 6:After discussing with Mr. Razif, we decided to “develop a monetization strategy for the student-centric platform” and “a sustainable development strategy for the free app through sponsorship and advertising” and we can proceed to the next step of low-fidelity prototyping.
Week 7:When it was turn to my presentation, I had my own speech script (to be precise, it was assigned to me by the group) but Ms. Wong Chui Yin asked me to speak in front of the big screen and her (and Mr. Razif) and then she jumped to other group members to speak.
The feedback our group received this time was "the scope of the online survey platform is narrow, expand the scope of the survey" and finally after class, our group members consulted with her and suggested "you can continue to use students, but we may expand the scope to allow researchers to refer to foreign websites that specialize in finding surveys for people to fill in" (such as askable, uxarmy, etc.)
Reflection
I am ashamed to say that I played basically no role in the whole group. When we were discussing with Mr. Razif, I was recording the video (and I didn't even watch the playback myself). The role of these videos was basically to help the group members confirm the instructions given by Mr. Razif when they decided on the direction to continue working on something, so as to prevent them from forgetting the results of the discussion with Mr. Razif. When the group members were discussing what to do and writing inspiration, I didn't know what ideas to rewrite. But when it came to execution, I could play a certain role.
